Zoho CRM Integration
GrowthPath has a connector between Cin7 Core and Zoho CRM which runs on the GrowthPath Application Server.
Full Documentation (Google Docs)
This is an advanced connector with logic and mappings that go well beyond the capabilities of Zapier-style connectors. It is robust, handles very high transaction volumes, and uses the advanced caching, server monitoring, and other performance features of the Application Server.
Sync Mapping
Section titled “Sync Mapping”The sync does a Cin7 Core push to Zoho CRM of:
| Cin7 Core | Zoho CRM |
|---|---|
| Customer | Account |
| Contact | Contact |
All Contacts belong to a Customer on the Cin7 Core side, and are therefore assigned to that Zoho Account.
Custom Fields
Section titled “Custom Fields”If you have custom fields in your Zoho Accounts, Contacts, or Deals, logic can be written to populate them based on Cin7 Core contents and business rules.
Pipeline Mapping
Section titled “Pipeline Mapping”You can control which stages of the Cin7 Core lifecycle get mapped to which of your Zoho pipeline stages, and for each of these stages you can assign a confidence percentage of winning the deal.
Sales Rep Mapping
Section titled “Sales Rep Mapping”You map the Cin7 Core sales person to the Zoho Deal owner and account owner. All Zoho Accounts are owned by the Zoho user selected by the sales rep mapping logic. If your Cin7 Core Sales Reps exactly match your Zoho users, no mapping is needed.
Quote Sync
Section titled “Quote Sync”The sync pushes Cin7 Core quotes to Zoho Deals. As the Cin7 Core sale moves through its lifecycle, the Deal in Zoho CRM has its stage changed. A representation of the quote lines is saved to the Deal quote in the description field.
Compatibility
Section titled “Compatibility”Compatible with all versions of Zoho CRM and CRM Plus.
Deployment
Section titled “Deployment”Deployment uses the GrowthPath Application Server with a one-off fixed price fee.
